Not a good day
Morning the day went well with my friend.... by the mid of the day we started fighting each other. I wana control my angry.. but it's going beyond my control most of the time...
Couple of months before i bought a book called " How to control your anger ", but didn't read the book fully.
God kindly help me to control my angry. don't know what to do.... most of the time i'm the primary cause for the quarrel.
From today onwards i'm gonna control my angry.... don't know how to do? update the blog as and when i control or get angry.
Hope the blog will fill my angry..............
